Harrier dog vs beagle

Harrier dog vs beagle

Here is my question. I have a hound dog. He has all the features of a hound. He is a mix of something. Anyhow. What breeds could he possibly be? I have seen that beagles are from England. But what I mean is what other breeds are possible from a mix? The way he looks and the color of his coat and features of him is so much like a hound. All dogs are dogs and all dogs are part of my life and i am so very attached to him.

If you want to find out more about specific breeds, you'll need to contact the breeds club (or individual clubs) you belong to, and they should be able to tell you more.

What we see in dogs in all cultures is the same and very similar. It is the most beautiful part of our world and I hope this will never change.

"Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole" - Ok...someone said that. So...what about Cat Lovers?

I think there are so many variations and so many people who mix breeds that it is impossible to define a dog that way. My husband once had an English Bulldog/Beagle mix dog and loved him.

I think the easiest way to determine a breed is to find the registry name and look for breed standards. That is where to find what you are looking for. Good luck!

I agree.

We call ours (he) a Black hound. He doesn't care, but he is an amazing dog. His name is Fido. He has a very long nose and so has a "somewhat" curly tail. He is part beagle and part husky and I know, I know, beagle is for dogs who don't care, but he is the best little dog I have ever had. We got him when he was about 3 months old. He has been in my family for 7 years now. He is the best dog I've ever had.

Thank you!! Now, to the rest of you with their dog pics ...

What do you call your dog in your country?

Do you have any pictures of your dog at home?

Here, too, all different, all the same,

How would you name the animals in the picture?

Here's one, she's a dalmation and a Chihuahua and a pitbull and a husky and a bulldog, and a pug.

And here's one ...

My dog's name is Boonies and he is just so full of life and energy. There is never a dull moment when he is around. He is a mixture of several different breeds. He is full of both male and female energy and so much fun to be with. I love him more than anything. He is the most beautiful part of my life and my world. I know he will never be out of style. There's never a dull moment with him and he brings laughter to everyone he meets.

I'm just in love with him. He's such a goofball.

I think the word "dog" is an excellent word for talking about so many different dogs in so many different countries. We all see the same thing in so many different countries and it's always good to be with other "dogs."

And I love it, he's a very lovable creature and I love all the different breeds and colors and breeds and breed combinations.

And, of course, every time he and I walk through a neighborhood, he loves to take a walk with me, and we'll walk a block or two and a half and he will sit and look at me and I will look at him, and he'll have his tongue hanging out and his eyes just adoring me, and it's the most beautiful thing in the world.

I love dogs.
