Glow motion cat ears glow-in-the-dark and have a flexible headband
I am looking for suggestions for a costume or mask or whatever you want to call it that I can wear for Halloween this year. Basically, what I want is a glow in the dark cat mask that glows when you move your head. Also, the mask has to be flexible, it cannot be rigid.
If anybody has any ideas, please post them below or send them to me privately. Thanks.
I have had a friend that has a cat mask. It looks exactly like what you are looking for. Just look for one that has "glow in the dark" written on it or on the package. It's in the shape of a cat, very cute, very realistic.
I agree with those of you that suggested the glow-in-the-dark cat ears... I have the cat ears hat, and they're not half bad. It would make a cute costume and not be too big of a pn to put on and take off.
I found one that was a cat with glow in the dark spots all over the cat ears that was pretty cool... and of course had a flexible mask as well.
This is actually two threads because I was just as surprised as you are to see that my first post was on here. lol
Anyway, here is what I have found.

Cat Glow Ear/Cat Mask (alternative)
This is by far the one you are looking for. I love mine and it's so easy to put on and take off. If you have a pet who needs some company, these will be a hit with the kids and would be something cool to get for the upcoming Halloween!
Just so you know, I'm going to be doing a giveaway of these items next month! Hopefully it will give some of you the excuse to start making your own! lol
Also, for those who are on the fence about having a costume, you should definitely give this a try. My cat's ears are not real of course, but she's not a cat without them! So I always make her a "Halloween Kitty" by adding a bit of candy to the ears. Then she'll be all ready for the kids and the catnip won't be wasted!
Anyway, sorry for the long post but the above two items are pretty cool. I hope they help with some of your costume brnstorming!
I just want to say that I am a huge fan of your blog! I am always so inspired by your posts and I have been so excited about starting my own blog. When I started my blog, I wanted something light-hearted, easy to read and something that everyone could easily relate to. Your site was perfect for me, and has been a great source of inspiration!
Well, I have been lurking for quite some time now, and it's really nice to finally comment! I love your blog and posts. I read them every time I get the chance. My favorite thing about your blog is your creativity and sense of humor. I love that you don't feel the need to turn all your posts into some sort of religious post. That to me is my ideal blog :) It's also very rare to find a blogger that isn't afrd to say that they are in a relationship (whether married or dating), I have met a few over the past couple years but I'm starting to feel like all of my blogging friends are in some sort of relationship. But, it's nice to have friends in real life, that still support you. And to read the posts!
I also love that you don't feel the need to give the latest news to everyone on the planet. I do get the same feeling when I visit blog's that constantly post about the latest and greatest that is going on in their lives. I just want to read about you and your family. I love your posts and I'm happy that you share your life. I'm sure that you'll do your hr and makeup for Halloween, but it's never too early to think about the outfit!
Anyway, great job! I have fun reading your blog! All the best and keep up the great work!
I totally agree! It's amazing to me that people actually think blogs are all about what they are going through in life. I think people take it out of context. I'm a 23 year old woman living with 3 other women. I have no complnts. We love each other, we work together, we have a great sense of humor, and love each other to the fullest. Why would you feel the need to share with everyone when the people closest to you know just how wonderful you are.
Great post! And I so agree. I think we bloggers need to remember that people can get their information from a million different sources. Yes, most people will turn to us first, but if they know something to the contrary of what we're presenting, then that information is just as valid. My favorite blog to read for inspiration and guidance is www.blessingsofsleep.blogspot.com. I don't know how many times I've read it and have been so inspired by her journey. She's a great inspiration and I don't mean that in any sort of way with that statement. She's truly a wonderful person! Thanks for your great post!
I really admire and adore you. You are such an amazing and wonderful woman. I love your blog and read it every day. You inspire me so much in my life and keep me on track. Please take care of yourself and feel better. All the best!
I've read your blog for a long time now and am amazed how much you have had to go through in order to reach where you are today. You're such an inspiration and I love that about you, though it's probably good to remember sometimes that you're human and we all go through things.
I totally agree with you. I think all blogs are about the people behind them, not their life experiences. It's such a wonderful part of this community of bloggers to hear about people's journey and to feel like we're along for the ride. Great post, as always!
Hey, love this post. You are the best mommy to these two. I didn't mean to sound so harsh but I can see how you would feel that way. I did some looking around the internet when I was at work yesterday and found this website that has some really good blogs. They are called My Blog Spot. I don't know if you know of it. I found it by accident because I didn't even know there was a way to make your blog private. I was so surprised when I got there. It's a very big group of bloggers who seem to be very supportive of each other. I really love it there. I haven't joined because I just started, but it has really opened my eyes to the blogging world. I have been to some other sites for sure but My Blog Spot was the most exciting to me. I have a friend in Ohio that was thinking about joining.
